Do I need health or auto insurance to be treated?
No. All care in our network is billed on a lien against your personal injury settlement. You pay nothing out of pocket while you heal.

Where is your office?
Our home office is at 142 W 62nd Street, Suite 205, Chicago, IL 60621, in the heart of Englewood. We coordinate care across Englewood, Auburn Gresham, Chatham, Woodlawn, South Shore, Bronzeville, Chicago Lawn, West Englewood, and Gresham.
Are you a law firm?
No. MVP Injury Network is a medical coordination and referral liaison service. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. If you need an attorney, we can connect you with an independent personal injury attorney who works with our network.
Are you a medical provider?
No. We do not render treatment. Care is provided by independently licensed chiropractors, physical therapists, imaging centers, and specialists in our network.

How do I refer a friend or family member?

Will MVP share my information?
We only share what's necessary to coordinate your care and, if you choose, with the personal injury attorney representing you. We do not sell contact information.
How long will my treatment take?
Every case is different. Most accident-injury treatment plans run from a few weeks to several months depending on severity and how you respond. Your treating provider will guide you.
