How South Side Chicago PI Attorneys Work With MVP Injury Network

This post is written for the personal injury attorneys serving Chicago's south side — Englewood, Auburn Gresham, Chatham, Woodlawn, South Shore, Chicago Lawn, Bronzeville, and the surrounding 60619 / 60620 / 60621 / 60628 / 60629 / 60637 ZIP codes.
You already know what working with most chiropractic networks looks like: late records, missing dates, treatment notes that read like sticky-note shorthand, lien letters that take three follow-ups to extract. We built MVP Injury Network to be the opposite of that.
What we do for your file
Every patient referred to (or who finds their way to) MVP gets:
- Same-day or next-day intake. No 3-week wait that costs you the 72-hour documentation window.
- Standardized intake exam. Orthopedic and neurological screening, range-of-motion measurements, pain mapping, with copies sent to counsel within 48 hours.
- Imaging coordination. X-ray and MRI referrals through our partner facilities, with reports routed directly to your office.
- Re-evaluations every 30 days. Dated, signed, with measurable progression.
- Lien letters that arrive on first request. Most within 5 business days. Updated narrative summaries on request before mediation or trial.
- Final discharge summary at MMI. Including any permanent impairment rating where clinically appropriate.
The clinical side
We are not a "treat 'em and bill 'em" volume shop. The clinical model is built around evidence-based care:
- Acute phase: chiropractic adjustments, soft-tissue work, modalities for symptom control
- Subacute phase: physical therapy added in, with active rehab focus
- Chronic phase: when applicable, pain management or orthopedic referral
- Throughout: home exercise prescription and patient education
That structure produces case notes that hold up under defense scrutiny — because they reflect treatment decisions a defense expert would also recommend.
What we will not do
This matters more than the things we will do.
- No fee-splitting. It is illegal under Illinois law and we do not do it. Period.
- No referral payments. Not to attorneys, not from attorneys.
- No treatment driven by case strategy. If a patient is at MMI, they are discharged. If they need more care, they get it. The clinical decision is independent of the legal one.
- No exclusive arrangements. Patients are free to use any attorney. We will work with any reputable PI firm in Cook County.
The patient-side experience
The reason you care about all of this is because it changes what your client experience looks like:
- Your client gets seen quickly. They do not lose faith in the case during the first month.
- Your client gets bilingual coordination. Spanish-speaking south side clients are not lost in translation.
- Your client gets transportation help when their car is totaled. Missed appointments stop happening.
- Your client gets a coordinator who calls them — not the other way around.
When the patient experience is good, attendance is good. When attendance is good, the case is good.
What we need from you
If you want to refer in, we make it simple:
- Have your client call us at 773-378-9902, or send us their name and number with consent and we will call them.
- Send a representation letter when you are retained. We add it to the file.
- Tell us about any deadlines (statute of limitations, mediation date, demand deadline) so we can prioritize records and reports.
That is it. No portal logins, no proprietary intake forms, no contracts to sign.
Why we work where we work
Our home office at 142 W 62nd Street is in Englewood on purpose. Our coordinators live in the neighborhoods we serve. Our clinical and case-management teams understand south side ZIP code realities — including transit, language, and the specific insurance dynamics of this part of the city.
For attorneys representing south side clients, the network advantage is straightforward: faster intake, cleaner records, fewer dropped patients, and a case file you can actually take to mediation without rebuilding it.
Get on the panel — or just refer
We maintain an attorney panel for clients who reach us first and need representation. Joining the panel is free, requires basic vetting (active license, malpractice coverage, Cook County PI experience), and is by invitation. If you want to be considered, email or call.
If you just want to refer cases in, no panel membership is required. Just call 773-378-9902 and ask for the attorney coordination line.
The south side has needed this for a long time. Let us build the case files together.
